We just got back from dinner (at a Chinese / Mexican / Peruvian restaurant, followed by Starbucks) with Mike and Angela Hersch (LighttoIsrael.org). Joyce met them when she was working on a church on Mt. Carmel. They're now living in Indiana and are in NYC for a brief visit.

We've felt like there's been a reason we've stayed in touch over the years, and tonight we discovered there are a couple of reasons. We'd love your prayers for the following:
1. Mike is working on a book that may be integral to Rich's work on an upcoming play about the Covenant.
2. He gave us his two books he's written, and Rich will be able to shop them around at the book fair this weekend (RichSwingle.com). His testimony is titled "What if You Could Tell God All the Problems of Your Heart...?" and the other is a handbook on Israel: "Israel Today: Back in the Land." It's everything you ever wanted to know about the Holy Land from "Average Temperatures" to "The Palestinian National Charter" (very enlightening) to "a Jewish Understanding of Messiah."
